CCCC Administrators

Meet Tracie! - Director
I started back in July of 2004 as a Toddler and Younger Preschool Teacher. In 2006, I became the director. I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Studies/Environmental Education from the University of Minnesota and in May of 2012 I received a Masters of Education in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, Saint Paul. I have been working in this field since 1997.
I live in Saint Paul with my husband and two wonderful children. They all keep me busy and happy. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, spending time outside, reading, and camping.
CCCC is a unique and amazing child care center because of the fabulous staff and all of the wonderful families who are a part of this place. It is also a unique and amazing place because we truly value what we do every day as Early Childhood Educators. I hope that you enjoy being a part of this family as much as I do.

Meet Stacey! - Education Coordinator
I have had the pleasure of working at Community Child Care Center since June of 2003. My first nine years here, I taught preschool. My early teaching years were spent in the younger preschool room and then later in the older preschool room. In September of 2012, I became CCCC's first Education Coordinator. It did not take me long to realize that I have the best position at CCCC. I get to play with the kids in all three classrooms, be a mentor and support to teachers, plan and host family events, and be a parent/family educator. I am a very fortunate woman.
My educational background includes a B.S. in Social Work from St. Cloud State University and a M.A. in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, St. Paul. My heart and soul is in Early Childhood Education.
My husband and I are proud parents of three beautiful children. My greatest joy is being a mom. Some of my interests include family time, reading, gardening, playing with children, and any activity outdoors.

Meet Katy! - Assistant Director

I started at CCCC in 2005 while I was a student at the University of Minnesota. I graduated in 2008 with a BA in Scandinavian Languages and Finnish. I went on to earn my MA in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University, St. Paul in 2012. I worked as a Younger Preschool teacher from 2009 until 2015, when I became the Assistant Director. I put a lot of my energy into my work here at CCCC, and I get a lot of satisfaction in return. I value the diversity we have among our families and the dedication of our staff to high quality early education.
I live in St. Paul with my husband, our sons, and our dog. We try to travel when we can, exploring both new and familiar places. I studied abroad in Gothenburg, Sweden, spent a summer working in Yellowstone National Park, and got married in Grand Teton National Park. Some of our favorite family trips include visiting Ireland, canoeing in the Boundary Waters, and driving around Lake Superior.

Meet Katy! - Administrative Assistant

I started working at CCCC in 2018 as a CCW, and I am currently an assistant teacher in the classrooms and administrative assistant for the office. I love being able to work in all 3 classrooms and getting to know all of the kids and families over their years here!
I am originally from the Chicago area, and moved to Minneapolis to attend the University of Minnesota. I graduated from the U in 2019 with a degree in Speech Language Hearing Sciences, with an emphasis in neuroscience.
While in college I was a member of the marching band, and so I especially love exploring music with the kids at CCCC! In my free time I love reading, playing Dungeons & Dragons, hiking, and exploring this beautiful state. I also enjoy going to hockey, baseball, and Gopher football games year-round!
