Community Child Care Center alters its enrollment on a semesterly basis. At the U of M's semester changes in September, January and May families are able to request a specific enrollment option and sign a contract for that semester. This allows student families to request modified enrollment options as their class or work schedules change. Community Child Care Center has a waiting list; the sooner you apply, the better the chance that your child will get in. Families who live in Commonwealth Terrace Cooperative have top priority on our waiting list.  Those who are students at the University of Minnesota are given next priority. The most likely time to enroll a child is in May or September, as that is typically when we have the most transition within our program. When filling out the application  please ensure all areas are complete. Attach a check made out to CCCC for $15 if you live in CTC and/or attend the UMN, or $25 if you are a non UMN student.  The application and check can be brought into the child care office or mailed to the office. If your contact information changes at any time, you are responsible for letting us know so that we have the means of getting a hold of you when a position becomes available. In determining which enrollment option you would like, please keep in mind that you will be signing a contract for the entire semester.  Also, feel free to mark as many options as you would be interested in having us contact you about. Some families start at the center with a less than ideal enrollment option; however, once your child is enrolled, you will have priority to switch your enrollment once another option becomes available.
